Horrible customer service and follow up. Whether it be a home loan application process or other, don't go to this branch -- Use outside Wells Fargo reps.

I have to agree with some of the comments below... Pamela is amazing!! My boyfriend and I went into WF on Saturday to open a JT Savings account and she sat with us for nearly an hour and really got to know us. She even followed up the next day to see if there is anything else she can do to help us. Considering switching my personal BofA accounts to WF now. Thanks again Pamela!! :P

Terrible service. I thought it was a carnival when I walked in. Nobody spoke English and there was Islamic attire everywhere. Some staff asked me if I wanted a beer while I was waiting. No I did not want a beer, just wanted to be greeted by someone who dresses as a banker should and not with a hood one their heads. Closed all of our accounts today and moved to an unnamed bank. WF if you support our enemies, then Hermosa can not support WF any more. Closing all our business accounts as soon as possible too.
