My grandson wanted a car and the dealer need a check from me as I was paying for the car in full. I wanted to transfer the money from my savings into my checking and write the check. Wells Fargo would NOT let me transfer the money. I had to buy a cashiers check. SO THEY COULD MAKE MONEY OFF ME for the transaction. The money in the savings account was mine. Whats the deal?????? I should be able to do anything with MY money I want. I pulled all the money but $500.00 out of my savings and put it into my checking. NO ONE will tell me what I can do with my money.

Came in with a payroll check that I have cashed at tons of well Fargo banks..my payroll check clearly is endorsed by wells Fargo but I guess they never seen a black man come in with such a large check...had me waiting for over 30min!!!

My company banks with them so I'm there up to 3 days a week. It goes pretty smoothly but in particular Carmen always has a smile on her face, cheerful demeanor and she even remembers her regulars. She truly understands and practices customer service.
