The Staff is AWESOME. They shoot you st8t. Can't ask for better peeps, and the bank it self does what you ask them, for me it was DO NOT float me, if my account has insufficient funds and they don't.

Called in with an issue they couldn't figure out, the guy on the phone just kept saying I don't know what to tell you, instead of looking for a solution, put me on hold a number of instances, and put me hold for over 5 minutes and then hung up the phone only for me to call back re-explain what happened and to be hung up again, when the issue at hand was there fault in depositing my money and clearly won't take ownership of the issue, if you want your money safe go to Wells Fargo next door, because it was some of the worst customer service I've ever had
