Drove an hour and a half to look at a pre owned car my wife and I saw online. We arrived and test drove a couple of different cars with no problem and settled on a vehicle that was a little above our budget. Once we got inside for the "sale" is when the real problems started. We sat down in a massive open area with many tables with negotiations going on which I could hear and it just felt weird (First red flag.) Once we sat down the first guy asked for my ID to start filling out the application before we could agree to a price. He assumed that we agreed to the sticker price which we never agreed to do Tony came out which is who I talked to on the phone before coming down. After telling Tony we saw some of the same models online for cheaper with less miles he states "I don't know what you are trying to accomplish here by doing that" and assured me it was his best price. As soon as he said that I was off. After several back and forths another sales manager came out after we started to leave. He started to offer "Hawaiian Vacations" and "we will buy you dinner since you've been here for a while". After essentially stopping my wife from leaving after I walked out the front door a numbers guy came out with a price that we originally wanted with the terms we wanted but I was already mentally out. These people act holier than thou when talking to you and feel like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. When I go somewhere so give you tens of thousands of my money I would expect a little more class and respect. Do your own research before going here and whatever you do, don't be afraid to leave.

I came in yesterday after a long dissapointing day of car searching. I was overwhelmed and ready to be done for the day. We stopped at Carl Burger's on our way home just to see what they had. I still wasn't sure about what I wanted and absolutely no intention of leaving with anything. We were helped by Mikhael M. he was great, so knowledgeable and the first person I felt comfortable with and actually TRUSTED the entire day. Manager David set me up with an amazing deal and I left home with my first brand new car. My experience was great. These guys made me feel comfortable, confident in my decision and offered me a deal I couldn't walk away from. I'll be sending all my friends and family to them. Thanks again guys

These guys are on the ball. I bought three cars here over the last 20 years and they continue to amaze me with the quality of service, the efficient process and the recent remodel gives me the impression that the management staff is in their game to win it. Very impressed.

I honestly wish I could give negative stars for this dealership, the original guy who's name is Arturo was an awesome and very respectable gentleman, however his boss Gary was one heck of a "you know what". I agreed on a certain price with all parties and I went to my financial institute to get the loan. When I came back to the dealership with the check (1hr later) the boss Gary no longer wanted to hold up his end of the bargain and then proceeded to argue with me and be extremely rude. He then threatened to fire his empolyees right in front of me. This was all a 6 hr process. So please if you are looking to have a hassle free day and have a good time looking for the vechile of your dreams look elsewhere. Totally not worth your time!

Just purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition from Carl Burgers Dodge, and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Their online trade evaluation was awesome. Best trade offer I received after researching 4 other local dealers. My salesman Sam was awesome and seemed to actually enjoy the job and the BRAND. Very knowledgeable. From start to finish the process only took about an hour and we were out the door with our new truck! Awesome prices on their end of year models as well! Keep up the great work guys!
