Tellers are extremely nice and helpful. The wait is never very long. Love my bank!

the bankers are cool for the most part, my reason for 3 stars is that every time I come to this branch, theres a long line, the average transaction per window is about 8 mins. so the wait is always at least 15mins. also, contrary to other Wells Fargo branches (2 in temecula) this branch always charges me 7.50 to cash my check.

Why does the bank require me to use my card just to give me change for a hundred? I walked in with the cash, to get change. They literally do not need my card and the cashier refused to provide change. Unless I swiped my card. Will someone explain to me the logic? (Don't get me wrong, I like the place I just don't understand.)
