Larry did a streamline refinance for me, and he made it so easy. He answered all my questions quickly and completely, sent me paperwork promptly, kept in touch with me through all the waiting times, and helped me with the difficult paperwork. This is the 7th time I've gotten a mortgage or refi, and no other mortgage loan officer has EVER helped me as much as Larry, or stayed in communication as well! I will never use anyone else after finding Larry! The icing on the cake was that AFTER the mortgage was signed and finished, he still kept in touch with me, making sure I got my new bank's payment information, sending me the payment amount, due date, and late date. My wife was pregnant with our third child (finally a boy!) and so we were looking for something bigger. We realized that it would be cheaper to purchase a home than it would be to rent. So I went to another local lender who my father recommended and tried to get the loan process started. After giving him our information to this other lender, he stated that we needed to wait three months. As you may know, most pregnancies only last nine months and so that was cutting it pretty close. A buddy of mine gave me Larry's number and I called him. Right away he was giving me information about the loan process and what we needed to do to qualify, things that the other lender omitted and that we could have been working on while he made us "wait." I really appreciate how Larry stepped up and did everything that he possibly could to get us into a home. Not only did he work hard and fast, he educated us along the way. Closing on our first home would not have been possible without Hemet Mortgage and Larry Iest. I highly recommend going there if you are looking for a lender. I would not recommend anyone else.
