FANTASTIC customer service! Suzanne and John both called me many times to let me know about my status and the progress that was being made. The significant part about this was that they did it without me having to call them! I couldn't have asked for any more out of the two of them. They were great!

Suzanne Voter is the most up-to-date lender I have ever met. With over 20 years in the real estate business I don't say that lightly. She is always on top of these new programs that seem to change from week to week. When I want authoritative info on how to get a friend or relative into real estate, she's my 'go to' choice. I heartily recommend her to anyone in the market for money.

Incompetent predatory mortgage broker. Ensured me she could provide a loan on a property that had some issues. They knew my back was against the wall and kept raising the points on the loan. Started at 0.6% and grew to three times that to 1.8%. Fees for everything where much higher. Two previous lenders charged $400 for the appraisal (which they refunded when they could not provide the loan) - they charged $620. After a month of signing the same documents six times (with every increasing fees and points) they wanted me to pay for another appraisal because the overprice one was botched. Luckily at that point I found another option for purchasing the property. Absolutely the worse mortgage experience I have had and I have had many over the last 30 years. Stay far away from Suzanne Voter!

She's very experienced and is used by many realtors in the area to prequalify loan applicants so that they can find the right house that they can afford. She works on a win-win basis. She is truthful and upfront with all her clients and potential clients. When it comes time to buy a house or refinance, she is a good person to have on your side.
