After accepting a pre-qualification letter for our prospective buyers in October 2015 comma Alpine mortgage proceeded the wave the buyer in financially for weeks even though they had outstanding student loans that ultimately destroyed the sale of our home one week before closing! That also cost us the home that we had made an offer or upon as well!! Running a credit report isn't that difficult... what a rookie move! Take my advice don't use Alpine Mortgage- you will be on the outside looking in... Literally!
