I've been banking here for a year now and the staff has always been extremely friendly. They always welcome their customers with a smile and always spark a conversation. If there has been any issue they resolved it quickly. Fast and excellent customer service by Candice, Vanessa, Kalil, Rebecca and Guillermo. These staff members are a great asset to this business. Two thumbs up to them. I'd recommend this bank to everyone. :-)

It is nice to have a full service bank although the one inside Nobhill is more convenient for me when I only need the ATM. They have plenty of parking.
