So I've been to this branch before. Prior to today, I actually had a wonderful experience thanks to a personal banker by the name of Henry Carcamo. However, today I had the worst experience ever. I spoke to customer service last night regarding an overdraft fee I received from an "unauthorized" transaction that caused my account to go overdraft. I called PayPal to inquire about it and they found out it was a mistake on their part. The reversal went back to my account and I acquired a letter from Paypal stating this was a mistake on their part. Everything was supposed to go smoothly but the management refused to reimburse me the overdraft fee despite having documentation stating it was unauthorized. I wasted an hour of my lunch and even was late back to work. I was ready to there and then close my 8 year relationship with Wells Fargo over horrible representatives of the company. Management was more thinking about their interests than assisting me. I honestly believe they took it personal and had bad faith by refusing to reverse the overdraft fee. Thankfully Mr. Carcamo (senior banker) showed up to save the day. I explained to him my situation and showed him proof and he assured me he would take care of it. No if, ands, or buts. Unlike the rest, he took the time to take care of me and listen to me. The rest just fabricated any close-ended response to get me out of the branch and move on to the next person. Like I was saying, Mr. Carcamo fought diligently to reimburse me that fee and apologized for the inconvenience. He even assured me, management was deliberately being difficult with me. I am formally going to file a complaint against this branch's management. Thanks to Mr. Henry Carcamo, Wells Fargo was able to retain me as a customer. This location's staff needs to be retrained. Oh, I would also like to note that some of the staff here are really chatty, gossipy, and overall unprofessional. One of which is a banker by the name of Jorge Valdez. The times I had been there to seek assistance, I asked him a couple of questions which his response were lies. He didn't look over my account to verify, he just made error-prone statements. He took no time with me and rushed me out in five minutes. I could tell he was just being lazy and wanted to get me out of there so he can proceed chatting with the other female bankers. Also, when I was being assisted by another representative who was trying to get Henry available for me, he walked over and started gossiping to another female coworker asking what I was doing there. I honestly felt I was attacked by almost everyone at this branch. Very unprofessional conduct. I think Jorge Valdez is just there to hang out rather than do his job: which is to make me feel good about banking with Wells Fargo. Lastly, I will be writing a formal complaint against this branch to corporate.With so many banks competing for your business, I am shocked that staff at this location will show such poor customer service. This is not good business at all. Thank you Henry Carcamo for all you did today for me. You are the best!

Friendly staff, they offer water and lolipops intill they are pour out of your ears.....ok just one time is ok

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 17 years and have been in and out of this branch My husband and I love this branch! Every Bank gets busy and everyone wants to be priority but lets get real people! Everyone needs to be patient and respect the tellers and bank managers there just trying to a good job!!!
