Wells Fargo Bank in Fullerton, CA

BE CAREFUL! THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR A COPY OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD WHEN THEY DO NOT NEED IT! FOR SOME REASON IMRAN WANTED A COPY OF MY SOCIAL WHEN I HAD ALREADY GIVEN IT TO THEM! WEIRD! I CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING! SHADY EMPLOYEES!!!!

There was about 5 people in line and Alisha came out and customer serviced and chatted with people in line. Her care for the customers made the wait more enjoyable. I didn't chat with her personally but her poise was well aaccepted and appreciated by those she made the effort to talk to.

Wells Fargo has a major ethics problem in that, they don't have any. Been a long time customer. Left them for a few years, then returned last year. Then 6 months ago, my dad passed away. He left me checks to pay for this n that should anything happen to him. One check I deposited, which coincided with me starting the process of closing his BofA accts. I told Wells about it, should there be a problem with the one check I deposited b/c his acct might get temporarily suspended. Well it did. And it affected my check deposit. Got a letter in the mail stating I deposited a check of a deceased person, a major no-no, as far as banks are concerned. When I called Wells customer fraud line, I was told my acct was being closed and nothing I could do. I told them his acct was back up for 10 more days to allow process of his outstanding checks he had made before passing. Told them I was his beneficiary and had control over his estate, explaining it was NOT fraud and to please reprocess my check. So thanks to Wells Fargo, b/c I had filled all the beneficiary papers, Financials, accts, money, and my inheritance to my Wells Fargo account; so when they closed my acct it held up the transfer of what little money I was getting but desperately needed by 3 to 5 months. Had to open an acct at a different bank institution, then refile my dad's finance monies and my inheritance, and of course had to be done all through using snail mail. Because of Wells Fargo, f#%&ing me over at the worse possible time in my life, I almost lost my home, my car, it got down right scary. I will share this story with whoever will listen. I thought BofA was the ultimate worse. They're not. WELLS FARGO is the most scrupulous, dirty, underhanded bank out there.
