I was promised a quick response on each occasion, but I never received one. The individual at the location itself was friendly enough, and I'm not the type to leave scathing reviews with only 1 star. The only other thing I take issue with is the application process online urges you to sign up for a credit check service that has quite a number of complaints if you take the time to look it up. Many online businesses use such techniques, so I cannot fault them as the only one to use such tactics. Just a little caveat emptor I'm suggesting amidst all the great reviews this place received, which turned me on to this business in the first place. In summary, I would have appreciated, at the very least, an email or a phone call telling me that they would prefer not to render me their service.
