Employees are very rude, i always feel rushed .. i guess that's why every one use the atm.

Great bank, very friendly the only problem I have with it is the lines tend to be really long because they have one or two tellers working at a time

This is THEE worst credit union in California. It took my 4 months to get my pin to my debit card. Calling every other day to figure it out and them just telling me that it is being mailed to me. Horrible costumer service and are rude to customers. Hate this place. As you can tell... I go to the placerville branch and will not be going there anymore... terrible
