Bank of America Financial Center in El Centro, CA

This is the bad service i never have people wait over two hours for a simple process.

Even though that the infrestructure is good, and the staff friendly, the wait time is ridiculous, only two people attending in the customer service area, and even with more than half of the windows open, the lines get to long, people shouldn't have to wait more than half hour to solve a process/issue in their accounts and waiting for more than 3 hours Is excesive. Now that the Calexico Branch is closed, this is the only bank in the entire county, they should expand excisting facilities, hire more staff, and build at least one more bank in the county.

Can't believe u were closed on saturday, just because of the parade, so i deposited a check n couldn't believe i couldn't get money back, no money all weekend, n today Monday my money still isn't in my account, so im going to have to go to the bank,not so happy: (

Is ok but there is always a line to do the banking like deposits or just to paid your loans
