Hello, I just want to say that your clerk, Bianca Garcia, was on the mostly helpful people I ever met. I was trying to get the title to my mother's mobile home. The original bank that financed it, was bought out by Crocker Bank and Crocker Bank was bought out by Wells Fargo. The home had been paid for for over 30 years, but my mom never received the title.
