UNIFY Financial Credit Union in Concord, CA

Watch your account!!! Since they changed to Western Federal Credit Union I find mistakes every month! Unbelievable! i

The people that work here are great and do everything they can to help you out, But the bank itself since they were taken over by western is a bunch of crooks. They put fees on everything that was free and if a check is cashed on your account they put a hold for the amount on the account and cash the check for the same amount so its basicly a double charge for a few days and if it overdrafts because of this they charge you a $60 fee and they even do it if the check or electronic payment is to another account within there own branch. Im changing banks because every time I turn around I have to make shure I have double the money in my account for any transactions I have to do and its VERY irritating just to pay some bills or order supplies for my self employed buisness. Its like having to live like im broke so I know I can cover my buisness costs untile everything I need for the month is cleared through them and doing this with 5 kids and daily costs of living is to much work.

This credit union has no idea what they are doing. You can never get the correct answer the first time. They just do not care about you or anything.
