The staff @ Cherry Creek Mortgage are great folks. They are there to help you in finding the best possible loan for your personal financial standing. The preferred lender that I use in my transactions is Rich Hendricksen. They are all great!

I usually dont write reviews but wanted to share my experience with Alex P at Cherry Creek. I stumbled upon Cherry Creek by doing a search for down payment assistance, something they market well and specialize in. I have never pursued a lender before, usually they find the buyer, but I was really impressed with knowledge and expertise I experienced when dealing with Alex. I cant say enough about the whole process. His estimates of rates and terms was very accurate- something I was leery about, I have been burned in the past when you find out last minute at the signing things have changed. Alex kept me informed throughout the process, and was very quick to return phone calls and emails, something that is very important when closing a loan. I know I may sound like a biased reviewer, but I had never even heard of this company before my google search, and I cant say enough about my experience with them. I closed on my home this February, and am loving it! Thanks Alex!

Worst mortgage company ever. I will not give any names due to everyone is entitled to their privacy but I had the worst experience with this company. I was forced to go with them because of the seller of the home I purchased. Every time I would call the Sales Manager for a question he would not answer nor did he ever return my calls. Even when I emailed him he would answer the email within a few days but never did he answer my question(s). He would just briefly go over what I asked and then just ask for more documents. I understand taking a loan out for a house requires many documents and takes time but this sales manager never once asked if I had any questions, comments or concerns. I'm not sure if this was because he knew I had no other choice for a lender or if that's just they way this company works. The sales manager also only gave me an few hours notice before signing the title documents. All he asked was if I was free in the evening and then the next thing I know I get a call from the escrow officer confirming our appointment in a few hours and I could not reschedule due to the loan had to close before Monday (which later I found out was because if it closed a day after Monday the sales manager would be taking a loss). The only reason why I am giving this company one star is because of the sales managers assistant. She was very helpful and also answered my calls/emails within a reasonable amount of time.
