They do not follow through and keep their word when they say they will look into and call you back, I made several attempts and the branch manager (Andy Wesit) who is abrupt, talks right over you and interrupts should be demoted in his position as a manager, he displays a poor example of customer service

I have been banking here for years. You have great employees but the only thing that I don't like is your hours of banking. Your not open on Saturdays and close at 5. These hours aren't working for me. At least stay open till 6.
