Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union in Campbell, CA

This bank in Gilroy is awesome. Tellers are super friendly, remember you by name and help as soon as possible. I figured the Campbell branch would be the same way. I was super wrong. My fiancé and I always have to wait 20-30 minutes just to speak with a teller. Every teller is so rude and seems miserable to be there. They have no sense of urgency and they've made it clear they're more concerned with the time of their breaks than how long of a line they're forming by not taking care of their customers in a timely fashion. Needless to say, we just opened an account with Chase. Thanks a lot SCCFCU

staff is the sweetest

I really like County Federal and so I now go to the one on Almaden but as for the one in Campbell my experience was despicable. The two tellers were two busy flirting with a costumer who no longer needed service. I was never even greeted then finally when she was told I needed help she would not remove herself from her interaction with the gentleman. She was speaking loudly across the bank to see what I needed as if she didn't want me to interrupt her prior engagements with him. Ive worked in costumer service for 11 years never would I ever act like that with a costumer. She basically was getting paid to socialize. I believe her name was Devina her costumer service was a joke.

Terrible. Which bank opens at 10 on a weekday.

Convenient location. Helpful staff. I'm very happy with SCCFCU after switching from that too large to fail blue bank with endless fees.
