They are super responsive and keep you informed the whole way. No hassles with these guys and I have used them twice, once for an initial mortgage and once for a refi. They are also really responsive after hours, I have found, which is always a plus.

David and his team at Kal Financial really came through for us and receive our highest recommendation. The process was fast and professionally executed. Everyone was courteous and exhibited excellent communication skills. It worked out very well and we're recommending them to friends and family.

I liked everything about using David to close my loans. I refinanced 6 properties all at the same time and David got it all done for me. I have used him before in the past and will always use him. He communicated with me as needed. David always gives me the best advice and everything he says I trust. For me, David is the best loan officer. I always recommend him to anyone needing help.

My experience was extremely stressful with kal financial. When we first came to meet with David he seemed very attentive and helpful and on top of everything. Once we were deep in the process it all changed. The person working on our file "called in sick", and never responded to another email. When we contacted kal financial for updates (after writing a stern email cause my two prior emails were ignored) we were given a new person of contact. We were asked to send in forms we had sent in weeks before and it completely delayed the process while we were left in the dark. We were then told for days "the system was down" so nothing could be processed. Our loan disclosures were sent three days after promised and just back dated. I asked David about a huge fee that was added to our loan that he told me was standard with our VA loan. When I asked for information and then researched it I found that we were ill informed on our deposit down. If we had put down a small amount more we would have saved $13,000! When I brought this to his attention he said they should have caught it but if we change everything we may not make deadlines (even though this again was admittedly their error and a huge chunk of change!) Twenty minutes before escrow closed and everything was due the following day I emailed for an update and was told we may not make it. When I expressed my frustrations since I felt that this was the case to to the office's negligences his responses was "wow....easy. This message is not well received". I felt this was a completely unprofessional email from someone that we were giving business to. I was concerned what this message meant. They did get everything done in the last four minutes and then a couple weeks after closing they sold our loan. I'd also like to mention we specifically asked David about how things worked with the selling of loans. He told us they do not do that and actually instead every month review all the files to let people know when there is a better interest rate. Clearly they just wanted our business and then to pass us on. I would not commend this place to anyone.
