In terms of the bare essentials of the purchase, we had a fairly detailed list of what we wanted in a house and a somewhat limited budget but Kim took our requirements and managed to find something that hit every checkbox on our list and came in under our budget. She then managed to negotiate the price down even further and bring the closing date in way closer than originally planned. But that wasn't the best part of working with her. Kim understood that this was our first ever home purchase and was very careful to guide us through the whole process and worked directly with all the other parties (mortage broker, insurance company, contractors ...) to make things happen right and on time. She was very flexible around our schedule and would arrange meetings where and when worked best for us. We now consider her a friend and are hoping to see her at our house-warming party.
