Was thinking about opening an account but they had four people in line and after each employee got done with a customer they started to walk off. Leaving one person to help them all... I walked out and opened an account across the street.

They try to make the most of the individual named recipient only getting the most out of them and nothing less

They have business line and normal line for service. I waited about 20 minutes while about 7 or so business people were serviced, even though I was ahead of about half of them. Only 1 teller. Complained and finally was given service, but not before another 3 people who came after me were helped before me. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I want to transfer to Chase bank down the steet. Nicer building with a friendly security guard who greets you and opens the door for you.
