Sucks with customer service

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

This place is absolutely fcking horrible. If there was an option for negative 10 stars , that's what I would give them. They have wasted my time on multiple occasions. Linda, who I assume is the manager has THE worst customer service EVER and should not be working with the public, especially people who are in need of help. Whether that be a check cashed, money loan etc etc. So, not only did they tell me they did accept payroll cashing services, they refused to cash two different payroll checks, two different times. The first occasion was due to the check being hand written, which has never been an issue with anyone else. Especially the banks, so why wouldn't they take it? She proceeded to tell me that no one would cash my check. She continually argued with me about it being a payroll check, although the bottom said "PAYROLL" And the top had the company name etc etc etc, they refused. I went and cashed it at Check into Cash, they amazed me. Second occasion was when I got my first check from my new job. I signed the back as soon as I got into their doorway, I even asked for a pen. She has me wait my entire lunch break 30 minutes, before telling me there's nothing she can do because I already signed it. Which shouldn't matter right? Wrong. I have been to just about every cash place you can think of, but this place? I would never step foot in their doors again. Never. You probably shouldn't either if you wanna be asked to sit for 30 minutes and have cat pee aroma in the air.
