Very lackadaisical bank. No attention to detail by teller staff, therefore a 5 minute transaction turned into 25 minutes due to mistakes. Observed another teller forget a customer on hold on the telephone. Nice people though. Choose wisely.

Worst bank. Terrible service, even the most simple of transactions is made difficult. Customer service either doesn't care to or is unable to assist with fixing any of the multiple mistakes TCF makes.
