I've been with Midfirst about a year. I will be moving soon and am so sad that Nevada doesn't have Midfirst. They are amazing, their customer service is just unreal, they always remember my name and ask me questions about my day and they remember what I tell them from before. I love how they always greet me at the door. This is a big bank that doesn't feel like it. They have even worked with me on a couple overdraft fees. If you are unsure about a bank in Arizona, come here!

I have been doing business with MIdFirst for about a year. I transferred from BMO Harris and Chase. I got tired of talking to service people in Bangladesh. MidFirst is exceptional. I have had excellent service. They seem to have a leadership that promotes customer service and friendliness. I highly recommend them.
