I was under contract on 6/10, and closed on my purchase on 6/29. Their service was impeccable and thanks to them I am a homeowner for the first time, and my son and I have a forever home. They are the greatest team to work with on a mortgage loan. They are knowledgeable and really care about their customers, and it shows with their customer service. We recently did a refinance on our house and the whole process from start to finish took less than three weeks and was extremely smooth. They arranged the appraisal, kept us posted on the progress of our loan and even arrange the notary to come to our home to sign the final paperwork .
