These prior reviews have to be bogus and initiated by the owners. I can not imagine that I am the only client who has experienced the worse service possible. 1st off, the owner Jay had slept at the office the night before I came to meet him, but he definitely did not look like he slept. He told me all his personal matters. I don't really care that you were at your office for 24 hours and that's why you don't have my paperwork compiled and ready for me to sign when I arrive. Not my problem. So I go to make a car purchase and instead of an hour as promised is was 3x that time. I was late for work at that point. So late to the point that I had asked that all of my paperwork be mailed or emailed to me. This was a joke. I contacted the owner Jay via text because he refused phone calls, and advised him that I was driving a vehicle illegally due to no paperwork whatsoever in the vehicle. No registration-nothing. He told me I was totally fine and stop worrying. Well, I know the Az law and we are required to carry all paperwork in the vehicle while operating it on public roads. I had to pull teeth to get him to send me my paperwork. The day after having the vehicle I took it to my personal mechanic and discovered many mechanical problems. I reached out to Jay and he basically had no answer for me other than well return the car. Well after all of the time invested and such I did not feel this was the right answer. I asked that he repair the car at his expense but he continued to tell me to just return the car- in a very sarcastic manner. Anyway 3 weeks go by and he still did not offer to repair the car even after I got a quote and asked that he fix the car. I decided to pay for the repairs on my own accord and be done with him. In between all of this there is so much more disaster with this company. I could never get him to make a phone call to me rather than 300 text messages back and forth. I brought him the remaining of my downpaynent as we agreed ON PAPER, and he tells me I'm late and this was not the plan. Well whatever. It is what it is. I know what I signed with his wife Heather and all balance due was on the day I gave him the rest. I suppose he just wanted to be argumentative as usual. It's been since October now. Here is everything wrong with the vehicle, although he swore up and down he had it looked at and everything was just perfect on the car. Lie. So far I'm at $2200 in repairs and still going. I had all of the front end replaced as it use to shake violently on the freeway. Lower control arms, ball joints, tie rods and struts. It had a severe oil leak and excess oil built up that had to be pressure washed to avoid catching any components on fire. 4 new tires as they would go flat every 3 days. 3 of them so replaced all 4 tires. The battery is clearly not the original on the car and is too big for the car which caused the top of the battery to be against the hood which caused all of the top of the rubber cover to melt. It was smoking from that area and when I pulled over luckily happen to have a gallon of water in my car to put it out before the whole car caught on fire. There were a few minor repairs done as well. It may sound like this is no big deal but I'm sorry, it truly is. I put $2000 down and got an incredible interest rate at 24.5% Fantastic. I understand my credit may not be the best but I certainly have never had any repo's, bankruptcy or judgements. Therefore this interest rate is very unnecessary. I will be paying 3 times what the car is worth. It's an 08 Ford MUSTANG GT. They are online all day long for $8900. I will have paid $22,900 when all said and done. I should be driving a brand new Honda with that kind of rate. I am now stuck in this vehicle that continues to have more problems every single week. The reason for my complaint is to warn and future car buyers of this company and I highly recommend to take your money and business elsewhere. You will be thoroughly lied to and may end up with a lemon as I did. They will definitely get you some wheels but you will have the worse experience ever.

I bought a 2015 Nissan Sentra, my credit was horrible and I had very little money. My friend told me about this place. So I went there met Jay the owner and he was GREAT! He helped me with a low down payment, didn't force me into a crap car like other car lots I visited and got me approved. Thanks Jay

After several issues we suddenly had to buy a new vechile. These guys are by far the nicest people I have met. They actually listen and take care of their customers making sure that the customer isn't screwed in the end. I was financed and have terrible credit with monthly payments I can afford and when i noticed the front tires were off they put two new ones on the front. I would recommend ANYONE here!
