do NOT deal with desert schools credit union. They will jerk you around. TERRIBLE customer service. They are not capable of putting together a loan.....WORTHLESS !!! rating: F-

I have never had any problems with Desert Schools. They are always very friendly and helpful with great customer service!

Over the top customer service! I've called ahead mins from closing to inform them that I was in route but will be cutting it close to closing. They kept the branch store open for me just incase I wasn't there before closing the doors and locking down the vault...

Their data system structure, or the way their accounts are tied together, is not good. I cannot see my wife's account no she mine even tho we hold them jointly with full rights of survivorship, withdrawal, etc. This is why I closed my account and drew our other one down to minimum. And if you want a paper statement, they charge $2 per month on your saving accounts! We will be moving our car loan as well. I discussed this with their service rep to no avail; this new policy just took effect.
