the worst customer service i have ever had just moved to AZ needed to get a new checking account made us feel unwelcome and she had no time to do her job watch out for the lady with blonde hair by the front doors she made us feel like we were not good enough to be part of the credit union WE LEFT went to another bank they were awesome and had the time to set us up

The accounts are fine. But the small scale bank is apparent with the hours and website. Still a lot of catching up to do with online banking. And the hours are pointless.

I like this credit union, never had any issues and if I did it was resolved quickly and friendly . And u don't have to deal with all those hidden fees like the banks.
