We chose Jake Krabbe's agency based upon Yelp reviews. It was a major mistake, What started as a pleasant enough experience, turned putrid very quickly. Our whole process with this lender was a journey of frustration due to incompetence and a lack of professionalism. Experience with this agency was disgustingly negative. My loan approval process was super easy and painless. Mike took time to explain all the steps to me. Moreover, no matter when I would send him any required papers, he always replied within minutes (even at night). It just tells me about his level of dedication to what he does. He answered every question I asked with quick response. He also helped me with a good advise on other things in the process.
