Wells Fargo Bank in Scottsdale, AZ

We have had nothing but problems with branch for the last year and a half. Today was the last straw. My wife went in there to pay our rent and the because the tellers pin pad was broken he would let her transfer the money. When I called and spoke with the manager, Giancarlo, he essentially told us tough, then he hung up on me. Wells Fargo has just lost our personal and business accounts.

I have been using Wells Fargo for years now and today was the most irritating experience I have ever had. I'm sorry but if I deposited my own cash then I should be able to take that cash out ANYTIME!!! It's my money, not yours. Too many policies and too many awful hairdo's at this branch. My ID has been expired for nearly a year now, they have been taking my money based off the ID I use BUT they won't give me my money with that ID...??? Greedy. That's the last time I use any extra perks i.e. bill pay, money orders, cashier's checks, or even donate through you guys anymore. My money is safer with me thank you idiot with the bad hair.

Wells Fargo treated me right....just after I walked into a Chase to open a new account and was told no appointments with personal bankers available. And I walked out. Chase is too big for its britches. Are you kidding?

We have been with w.f bank for over 20 yrs one day came to this location to withdrawal 450.00 well they gave me 450.00 but took out 900.00 from my account! Their customer service has been horrible & they would not correct the mistake! This is the first time the bank has stole from me & were FURIOUS! I now will have to end my relationship with w.f due to this one branch mistake!!!
