I LOVE this location great customer service never had a problem i would really recommend it to any one that needs a loan

Out of all the loan places i been, tio rico was the best. The loan process was easy the customer service was great. I would comeback any time.

Tio Rico is the worst place to get a title loan. They are crazy rude and call you and tell you that if you don't pay that they will suspend your plates which is a lie because they legally can't do that. I tired getting my title back after I paid it off and they toke over two months to return my title and it didn't help that it toke me 2 months to finally have someone answer the phone. I would NOT recommend them to NO ONE.

The office staff seems very nice and attending to your needs when your writing up a loan but after that they are all rude and have no customer service. I also hate that when i call in trying to make a payment i almost never get an answer. I will never come back to Tio Rico i recommended Tile Max.

Fast easy place for loan but will screw u in end u pay back well over double amount back .....I was told do to end year book closing I got paid a week of work call. Them to let them now my payday was going to switch due to this made a payment that one there reps told me to pay so they could switch it out paydays ...now I get calls everyday saying I owe more money my payments then went up by half a payment more ...manager worthless all he can say is pay .we know its our mess up but u still get to be screwed in end . worst customer service ever ....place like this people like this should not be able to be in business nor have a job that they get deal with customers directly. I will never go back to place i would never tell anyone I know go this place
