This was my first time buying a manufacture home and I always heard how hard it is to get a loan and that interest rates are much higher than buying a build home, but that was not the case with Country Place Mortgage. I got a great interest rate and the process was fast and easy. Kory Beickel was great, kept me up to date on everything and even my agent and the seller's agent made a comment to me how wonderful he was keeping everybody informed of what was going on.
