Terrible drive thru service. Took 15 minutes to deposit a check when I was the only one in line. There were two other cars out front and I could see the staff socializing behind the window. To make matters worse I got home and found the money wasn't even deposited in the correct accounts. Not a good experience at all.

Horrible drive thru customer service. Sat there for 5 minutes before someone came to help me, I was the only one in line, there was only 1 person in line inside and there was 3 girls working. They knew I was sitting there and avoided eye contact. The one that eventually came to help me came from somewhere, went to do something on the computer, then slowly walked over to help as if she already knew I'd been sitting there. Didn't apoloize for the wait and had no urgency. Wasn't very friendly and communicative. What happened to places being customer first?
