I've been told my debit card would be in the mail 7-10 business days. 12 business days later I haven't received it! I've called the bank 4 times, first time I was brushed off. Second time I was told it's no fault of the bank that I have not received it. Third time, the operator said there was nothing they could do, just order a new card. 4th and final time, she told me there was nothing further that could be done and they had done everything on their end. These "professionals" need to stop having an ego. I had also visited a branch and asked if there was a temporary card or anything else I could do. Her words were, unfortunately no and we do not do that. For a credit union you are unprofessional and hand manners in an unprofessional way with an abundance of workers who do not help or do not know how to. A regular bank is a step up from this institution.

After years of banking them I have car loans with them went in for a car loan was approved with limits found the with in the limits the dealership was ready for the trade I went to the bank and they denied me I will be think twice about banking with them anymore
