These people had some of the worst service I've ever seen at a bank. They were arrogant jerks and they made me never want to associate with them again. Their checking accounts don't offer many benefits compared to other banks. I suggest looking around and finding a credit union or someone else who will work to make sure you are happy. This bank is too big to care about the little guy, and it shows in their attitude. To the people at this bank, you are not a person. You are a number.
