Worst rates offered! High admin and closing cost fees! If they say that is the best rates around, they are lying! Don't use this company!!!! Don't use Starboard! Shop around for rates and you will find way better rates then Starboard. This will save you thousands($25,000+) of dollars on your loan and monthly savings. I got a way better rates offered by local bank, less closing cost and saved a lot more on my monthly payments. Example- Reg Gustin(at Starboard) offered 3.5. When ask if best rates in town, he makes like it is. 6 weeks later, I asked him and he said rates went up but he could do me a favor and still get 3.5??? Called a local bank and they got me 3.1!! And!! 4 thousands dollars less at closing!! Don't use starboard financial.........
