I will not recommend this business to anyone who needs help on a loan, it will take you a life time to pay your loan off. Interest rate is too high. If you barrow $500.00 an your payment is 109.00 a month $1.46 will go to principle and $100.00 will go to interest rate. I lost my truck to this company. My son left his wallet in the truck he had $450.00 and I left $6.00 gas money in the cigarette tray, I called Arizona Loan Solutions office as soon I found out when they drove my truck off my drive way and I told them about the wallet and the money that was left in the truck and if we can get are money back from the truck immediately , The person I spoke to her name is Jess there was no concern from her all she told me that her boss will call me back tomorrow. When I finally got a called back Sadly the boss Cheryl said she clean out the truck and found no wallet or any money. I felt like I was being rubbed of the truck and $456.00. They didn't try to help me back out to find are money. If this was her she would have Bitch and call the police to get back what she lost. Me? Karma what comes around goes around... Don't think twice about this company they give a little and ask a lot back...BAD BUSINESS...

I have been everywhere in town to finance a vehicle and they made it beyond easy for me. Highly recommend.

I went into the office to transfer in mobile home title I was told to put my address down which in this zip code area I made a 5 into a 6. I was yelled at and spoken to very rudely by the lady reddish blonde hair that was helping me. Then I told her that it was just a little error that it was fine, she told me no it was not. I asked her if she could send a email to the state MVD to ask them if it was acceptable, cause I had waited there already and I did not live in town and I was trying to get something done she rudely told me NO! Then I asked for a manager and the manager came out. It was a short male with a beard and like reddish hair. He didn't introduce himself then rudely told me that they would send a email to the State MVD, because if they emailed they would not accept it anyway and that he would not email because he had people waiting. I told him he could email and I would wait and when he received a response from the email he could call me back up, he refused. While I was there, all the employee's were speaking very rudely to all the customers in the lobby. Third Party MVD locations are so you don't have to wait at the State MVD offices for hours. Us customers pay a convince fee to go to this type of business to be treated this way. I have notified to State MVD office that oversees this Third Party about this matter. Very unacceptable!

Title transfer, registration, plates took me a total of 6 minutes. Nice counter people. If your time is worth anything to you, avoid the MVD and go here. If you want to sit for 2 hours to save a few bucks, go to the MVD.

I had to register my car in Arizona and get new plates among other address changes but I work during all the operating hours if the MVD. I was able to go after work and I was the only person there when I walked in so I was immediately serviced. I did have to explain what I was trying to do multiple times which was a little bit annoying. After they sorted it out (turns out the old MVD I went to made a HUGE mistake in transferring the car title into my married name), the process was fairly smooth and I was able to get everything done pretty quickly. There location was also a bit hard to find and was kind of out of the way, but besides that, they saved me a lot of time and hassle for only $10 more per service. I'd pay that any day not to take of work and sit at the MVD all day.
