My name is Raymond and I was a long time customer of Superpawn in Tucson Arizona. I have spent many thousands of dollars in your stores here. Recently I was accused by Matt the store manager on Speedway, of being a re-seller and it was explained to me that I could no longer make purchases there. First of all, I am NOT a re-seller! I do purchase many items to send to my relatives in Europe. I do not understand why this is any of the store managers business. I feel very insulted by this accusation, and I intend to do no more business with Superpawn at any location because of the apparent corporate policy of treating customers rudely. I am so displeased with your operation, that I will be spreading the word about how I was treated to everyone I know.

Good place for instruments, Games/DVDs, but you should be very cautious with things like computers, they're often faulty but will sometimes show no complications for a few months. The staff is friendly and they have very good deals.

One of the worst places in town by the falling apart Walmart in flagstaff!!! Worst customer service I've ever seen!!!!! These people that work at the one over off plaza way is horrible Idk why they have such a horrid staff non of them want to be there!!! Find some good employees please!!!!!!

Was not even greeted when I left the store and wasn't even talked to while in the store and didn't even say have a nice day. I will not be returning..
