Absolutely love this place! Amazing customer service, great staff, and got offered more money than anywhere else on my loan. They also have great deals on their stuff. I was attended by a nice young man who I believe goes my the name Carlos. He was super nice and very informative. Explained everything with detail and was extremely helpful.

If I could give a zero I would. Awful rip off pawn shop in Chandler. Offered us less than half on a loan for two gold rings than the pawn chain down the road. Glad we checked elsewhere. They offered $117, the other shop gave us $255. Terrible service. Sat on his butt on his cell phone for five minutes before even addressing our presence. Nobody else in store. Nobody on phone. Waste of time and if you pawn gold here you're getting ripped off. What a joke. Glad we aren't suckers or we would've been shorted a significant amount.

Gil sold me a nice LG TV for an awesome price. He provided me great customer service and helped me throughout my purchase. Because of him, I would come back to shop here.
