Chase Bank in Chandler, AZ

Called like 10 times, no answer.

This branch is ridiculous! If this is the future of Chase Bank they will lose my business. When you walk inside you see two ATMs instead of tellers. The level of service here is sad!

I have received one of the worst services at this location. Staffs are not motivated and the service is pathetic. Unfortunately this location happens to be the important and biggest Chase bank branch is this area. I hope the Chase management will look into the aspects to improve the service at this branch.

Worst customer service ever!. I hope the bank manager reads all of these complaints and changes procedures!

This bank is terrible. The tellers are the slowest people ever. One person opening on a Monday? Are you serious? After being closed on sundays and all the business deposits from the day before, you'd think they would have everyone working. I get the one drive thru lane for safety, but when businesses are only allowed to use the drive thru, there needs to be someone entirely dedicated to the drive thru window only. I have waited 20+ minutes in this line before when I have a business to get back to and run. Unfortunately this is the bank my place of work has chosen, or else I would never go to this bank again.
