I had a great experience with Bryan Canar and his team. Bryan and Gricell made my loan happen, and I am grateful for that. There were some roadblocks in our way, but they pushed through and found a way to get it done. I was able to get a great fixed rate, pull funds out for our pool project, and remove the PMI insurance which actually ended up lowering my payment. I would highly recommend Bryan Canar and Academy to anyone in the refi or home loan market!

Erin Handerhan was spectacular. She helped guide me as a first time home buyer and made me feel at ease. We ran into a bump with FHA and she went above and beyond to keep things on track and we closed right on time. She is awesome, I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
