We have come to this pawn shop for about a year and have always been happy with their services. The ladies are very respectful and help when we need them. Celia helped me today with my last minute shopping and we had a very uplifting joyful conversation. The store is clean and organized. Very easy to find what we need and browse for any good deals. They are very good with their prices. I will continue to shop here and refer family and friends.

Whether you're pawning or selling they're prices are great. The employees are kind and will help you and in a simple and easy manner. On top of that the condition of the actual store is impeccable. The first few years the store was nice but the quality has greatly increased since. Everything is laid out in an organized manner, leaving just enough room for the right amount of customers. They also sell a wide variety of objects such as electronics, power tools, jewelry, etc. Each at a fair and reasonable price considering the quality of the certain artifact. West Valley Pawn also offers loans for many different items. Many of which can't be loaned at numerous other pawn shops. West Valley Pawn & Gold is a great place to pawn and sell your objects, and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Great service! Lots of cool stuff on the shelves and I got a good price for my item from Celia. Most pawn shops I've been to require you to have a charging cable with a cell phone but not west valley. I have only one charger some how so it was a huge advantage to be able to keep my cable and still get a good price. I pawned the same model iPhone at another shop in Mesa and only got $50, AFTER getting turned down twice for not having the darn cable. Celia gave me $75! I was much happier leaving here than the other place and will definitely be back. Come here if you are in the Goodyear area and need a pawn shop!

Very unprofessional...the actual owner has failed to return my jewelery, phone call/text message. Had no other choice, but to report this to a few agencies. One of them being the Better Buisness Burial. My bracelet has sentimental value. It can NEVER be replaced...very unfortunate. I hope NO one else has to experience this lack of professional business from "WEST VALLEY PAWN & GOLD...
