I was afraid to get a loan in the first place the guy who financed my loan assured me that if ever a problem with being late they would work with me. That set my fears aside and I trusted him. "Huge Huge mistake!!!" Long story short I talked my boyfriend into going threw them .actually brought them quite a bit of buisness. I was fired from my job a week after getting my title loan and was having a really hard time paying but seemed althoe late to come up with my payment that went up almost 200 in a weeks time.. I could in it afford such a high interest and insurance so my taggs were taken for no insurance I got the money put insurance played my fines and got a new plate costing almost 2000. Let them know my problem asking for more time to get my pmt had already paid what I had borrowed 2000 (+) but because it was late turned out to only be interest payments nothing towards my principal! I had talked to them the same night they lied saying I could come in and pay the next morning . They picked up my van and two days later had it sold to a private party.With the fee for towing my van I could not afford it I lost a 7000 dollar luxary van with leather seats DVD player remote sliding doors pure luxary they knew I would pay in morning ordered the to we rite after I spoke to them and added a toe fee and other charges on so I could not come up with the money. I am a single mother of four children and this is how they care so much and go the extra mile ya to make sure I could not get my van back . I am now driving a salvaged old Honda in Arizona heet with no air no radio and tiars balled .I Just want to say if that is caring and working with me oh hell when I ever come across any bad ones I would rather suffer than to give away my hard earned property paying what they lent and selling my van for 2500 and sewing me for another 2000 in fees on top of it all .God help me this place is wrong and should be shut down! They purposely took my vehicle knowing I would pay the next morning legally I can't do a thing about it but bend over.so all I can do is Say please for your sake don't go threw them they will take your vehicle pleas help put them out of business like they are putting us out of our vehicle and not loosing a bit of guilt only accomplishment Please don't go threw them if you need proof ask a customer in line I'm sure they will be able to tell you the same

Great customer service. I was worried about this type of lending but I had a great experience with them. Glad I chose them. If needed I will definitely use them again
