I've never felt like my bank actually hated me until now :) I walked in with this branch with two kids in tow to deposit cash and was *immediately* told (scolded is probably a better word) to go use the ATM outside. They wouldn't even let me make the deposit inside - go use the machine. I was told it would be "easier", especially since I had kids with me. Well, you know what's NOT easier - sitting at an ATM mashing $20 bills into a machine rather than having a human being take the cash and deposit it into my account especially since I was already inside.
