Will not allow you to take persons off a joint account for any reason, including a restraining order! Tellers refused to allow me to make automatic payments to a credit account, despite harassing phone calls. They don't even allow customers to use the bathroom.There is a number coded lock on the door. Invest elsewhere. Update: teller did not enter my payment properly, causing me to continue to receive phone calls.

Kevin at US Bank has always been more than helpful. I could use USAA but I've been with US Bank for over 10 years and I'll never use another bank. Kevin has always been quick to take care of me or answer any question, or point me in the right direction.

They are liars. I've paid on a loan before without the slip, but was told they were unable to take payment without the whole account number. Worst bank ever!!
