I live in Iowa, and am insured through State Farm. I had an accident in my F150 where I rear ended another motorist in near zero visibility. This was my first auto accident and I had some questions. My insurance company DID NOT act "like a good neighbor", I would call them and they never seemed to be available. I Google searched my question, and a Nick Gann agency link popped up. Needless to say I was shocked when it read 'email me any and all insurance questions and I'll reply information'.....At no cost!! So I sent him my questions, not figuring I would get anywhere. Nick Gann personally emailed me back a short time later, answering my question in detail. An email or two later I was asking him if he was licensed in Iowa, unfortunately he isn't, or I'd have instantly cancelled State Farm and insured both pickups, boat and my acreage through him. No doubt. The personal attention and concern he showed me was 110% more than my current agent has. In fact I've met my agent once, and have only conversed that one time with him in three years I've been with SF. I've spoken through e-mail messages several times with Nick. His clients are truly blessed to have an honest caring thoughtful one in a million agent like him!!

I do not currently have insurance through The Gann Agency, though I have attempted to secure it on a number of occasions. Three different times I consulted The Gann Agency, once for auto, once for home and once for life insurance. Each time I was told the coverage, and/or the premium we pay for same, was better than The Gann Agency could find for us. Even though they could have influenced us to buy from them they advised us to stay with what we had. As a result of that experience alone, I cannot speak more highly of The Gann Agency. Thanks, Nick, for helping point us in the right direction. It is my opinion that this agency truly feels the customer's best interest is most important.

Not insured through him. But was pleased with him offering to answer any questions for me although I'm not for free after someone hit my RV. And had specific questions. As a business owner myself I'm pleased to see someone else willing to go an extra mile to help people.
