Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Bryant, AR

I went here five different times to open an account. Each time was different than the last of idiotic reasons as to why they couldn't do it at the time or they would say I didn't have everything I needed even though I called and asked ahead of time. The workers are just lazy, rude and don't want to do their job! I gave up and just went to a different credit union.

Never answer phone call have to hold for ever every call the local bank and the 1800 #. if you ever even get threw worst bank ever have to drive down there unprofessional. They suck tremendously

And I agree with everyone else! This bank sucks in every way. I hate that I have to even give them one star, I'm with the lady that said if I could give them negative stars I would. Out of nowhere one evening, I called to get my balance one Friday evening after work and although I had $1000 balance my accessible balance was $0. I was stunned! As it turns out Credit union had frozen my account based on the word of a group of sleazy attorneys who clearly have no other talents other than digging up and purchasing old debts from businesses who went out of business years ago! SUPPOSEDLY I had a daycare bill from 15 years ago for $170 that I had never knew I owe nd, nor do I believe I owe it! So now since it's been 14 years with court costs, attorneys fees and INTEREST these pathetic trifling attorneys who are obviously not good enough to be REAL attorneys! Are in the business of buying old debts, and I mean OLD, from businesses WHO HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS and prey on hardworking unsuspecting people 15 years after the fact! it's been 15 years and no one bothered to contact me or make any attempt to contact me before they just go and freeze my account out of nowhere! For a debt I don't owe!! So my wonderful bank instead of calling it to my attention, perhaps wondering if this was even on the up and up, or give me the opportunity to take care of the situation myself, they freeze the account and let these people have every dime. Not to mention they charged me $25 every time one of my recurring payments had tried to come through before I ever knew that the account was frozen! You just don't do your customers that way if you ever want to have customers!. Customers should be your first priority and they are who you should be loyal to, not some random company that claims I owe someone $1500 from 15 years ago! The whole situation was so absurd, there are no words! This is a group of attorneys that are sneaky, underhanded snakes who obviously are terrible attorneys if they're digging up 15-year-old bills from single mothers you were already in financial straits, and stealing $1500, which was every dollar they have to their name! And my bank just let them be q do it! Without warning or investigation or making a determib ghost with nation as to whether these people are even legitimate, much less that the amount they claim I owe is accurate. This is a courtesy that my bank should've extended to me. I am so disgusted. What's going happen to anyone! Makes you not want to put your bank the money in the bank anywhere. But I have a feeling that most other institutions would've giving you fair warning. I know that if it had been an employee wvcžçvbbho's money it was about to be frozen they would've gotten a heads up! Completely agree with the other 1 star reviews. My account with them is 4 years old and I've spent countless hours on hold, the housing lender doesn't return calls or emails, and not being open for a few hours on Saturday is ridiculous. I'm switching banks because the only way I can speak to anyone is to leave work early or spend my entire lunch driving down there. I would give negative stars if I could.

Absolutely love this bank! They are always so helpful. The mobile app is great. I love that I can pay ALL of my online bills through the Bill Pay option. Their call lines are a bit slow but there is always chat lines open online that are quick and efficient! Will never bank anywhere else!
