Wells Fargo Bank in Opelika, AL

This bank has horrible customer service. The corporate off, the while Wells Fargo division is a horrible bank and should be put out of business. Wells Fargo is the worst bank in the history of banks. The representatives are disrespectfuland ignorant. They hang up in your face and don't care about the customers. I would not recommend this bank to a monkey. All of the employees are illiterate.

I had difficulty with this bank ever since the beginning of getting my home refinanced. It was a disaster. I sent a letter of complaint and I did not hear a response. Today I get a late charge on my mortgage payment. I put my payment (as always) in the night depository the morning it is due before the bank opens. It should have been posted that day. Instead, someone evidently did not check and post the night depositories. Now I have to call and take care of this. Will it ever end Wells Fargo?
