Customers are suppose to be able to trust our Banks with our money but we can't trust the Bank Teller in the drive through with our husbands. She gave her personal cell phone number to my husband through the drive through and they began texting. That is not professional and should not have happened. She stated it was in case he had questions with his account. Since when is a Employee allowed to give our personal number instead of the customer service number for the bank. (He had no questions on his account that was BS) If she did it once she's most likely done it before or will do it again. I will never return back to this bank I would rather go to valley or Lagrange before returning back to Opelika just so I don't have to see this woman or my husband see her.
